Rice, potatoes and mussels

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
300 gr. Rice
1 clove of garlic
onion, parsley, pepper
500 gr. potatoes
extravirgin olive oil
1 kg. Mussels


PROCEDURE:
Clean the mussels in water, put them into a pan together with minced garlic, and let them open on the flame. Remove the tests and strain the water. Clean, peel and slice them. Oil a baking tin and put some of the potatoes, dress them with pepper, minced onions and parsley. Cover with the rice, add the mussels , the potatoes, the onions and the parsley left. Spread a little more pepper, add some oil and cover with water. Put into a oven and cook for about 45 minutes
