Roast lamb with potatoes

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1 kg lamb
400 g ripe tomatoes
500 g potatoes
2 onions
Half teaspoon of origan
5 spoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper


PROCEDURE:
Cut the loin of lamb into pieces. Then clean the pieces of meat, dry them and put them in a oiled baking-pan. Peel the potatoes and cut them, peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and add them to the meat, together with the onions. Spread the origan, flavour with salt and pepper, pour the oil and cover the pan with a lid. Cook in the pre-heated oven at 170°, stir often the pieces of lamb with a long wooden spoon
