Fried stockfish

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
500 gr stockfish
2-3 spoons of flour
Olive oil for frying


PROCEDURE:
Remove salt from stockfish by washing it and soaking it for 2 days in cold water, changing water at least twice a day. After two days, dry the stockfish and cut it into pieces, flour each piece and then fry them for at least 4 minutes each side, stirring them and keeping them distant. After frying, put the pieces of stockfish on blotting paper and serve them warm
