Break the asparagus into pieces, clean them well. Put a knob of butter into a pan and add the asparagus, put salt and pepper and cook on a very slow heat. Add some spoons of water whether they should get too dry.
After cooking , allow them to cool in a bowl when they are cold, add the eggs, the Parmesan, the breadcrumbs, a little salt and mix altogether..
Pour some oil into a pan and warm it. Put the asparagus into the pan, cover with a lid and make them thicken. Turn the omelette and finish cooking. Drain on blotting paper, slice and serve
